Welcome to the Manly Medical Centre Website!

Overview of the Centre
The Manly Medical Centre is a family focused medical practice catering to the residents of the Whangaparaoa Peninsula.

The Practice consists of six full time male doctors. There are six receptionists and seven practice nurses.

Our aim is to provide our patients with the highest possible level of care in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.

Our premises consist of a modern Lockwood building fully equipped with two large treatment rooms which can cater for those patients requiring urgent medical attention such as the dressing of wounds, plaster casts etc.

As of 1^st July 2004 Manly Medical Centre became a PHO Practice.

The Centre's Locality 
The Manly Village is centrally located to Stanmore & Arkles Bay, Manly, Tindalls & Matakatia Bays and the growing residential areas of Gulf Harbour. The Medical Centre is one of the longest serving establishments in the Village, which also houses a pharmacy, and a range of other retail outlets and cafe's.

The Village has grown with the general population growth on the Coast and is now a compact, attractive and convenient shopping and leisure destination. There is plenty of parking around the Medical Centre, which is centrally located in the village.

Saturdays: 2 of our GP’s are rostered for Saturday morning clinic.

What this site offers
The Internet cannot substitute the need to visit your GP for a consultation. However, it does give us an opportunity to provide you with additional services and access to information that we could not conveniently provide through more traditional means of communication.

The site is in it's infancy but at this early stage of development we can provide the following:

· For those moving to our area, the site will give you an overview of the practice.

· We can also provide you with useful links to sites which may prove helpful for you in better understanding aspects about you or your family's health. The internet can provide a wealth of information, some good some not. As your medical professionals we can provide you with links to sites that we have personally reviewed.

• We will also regularly post information to our Patient Information Bulletin on any topical matters which we feel may be of interest or concern to many of our patients.
