Tiani - Health Improvement Practitioner - HIP
Tiani was born and raised on the Hibiscus Coast. She trained as an Occupational Therapist at Auckland University of Technology and then completed a postgraduate qualification in Mental Health and Addictions. Before becoming our Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP) she worked in Māori Mental Health.
Tiani is passionate about helping people from all walks of life, looking at overall wellbeing.
She has specific interests in sensory modulation, calming the nervous system, sleep hygiene and stress management.
Outside of mahi Tiani loves to dance, play sport and visit the beach as much as possible.
Celeste – Health Coach

Celeste grew up in sunny Durban, South Africa, and qualified as a registered dietitian at the University of KZN where she completed her postgraduate diploma in dietetics. She worked in a variety of healthcare settings in South Africa, including hospital dietetics, before opening her own dietetic practice and nutrition consultancy in Singapore.
She moved to New Zealand in 2019 and is working towards her dietetic registration here.
She joined Manly Medical in 2023 as the Health Coach and feels that the role merges very well with dietetics. Her interest lies in nutrition, weight management and diabetes. She is passionate about good food, fresh air, sound sleep and exercise.
Celeste has 2 energetic boys that keep her busy and loves the lifestyle that comes with living on the Hibiscus Coast.
