Insurance medicals require a minimum of 30 minute appointments. For any other specific appointments, please speak to our receptionist/Nurses.
The NZ Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) provides no-fault personal injury cover for all New Zealand residents and visitors. This insurance cover is comprehensive but does not meet the full costs of primary injury management so an ACC surcharge applies. For more information click here.
Repeat prescriptions allow 24 hours for repeat prescription requests. Requests will be taken by the nurse until 4pm each day. You will be required to see your doctor regularly to review your health, and ensure your conditions are improving.
Prescriptions required the same day will attract an extra charge
Test results: our practice will strive to contact you with test results that are considered to have implications on your health, and arrange follow-up action as necessary. However, if you have not heard from us and are concerned, do not hesitate to phone us and speak to a nurse about your results.
